Choose the task you want to complete. These guides assume you can sign in and have access to the relevant feature and content. Menus can differ with your permissions and the features enabled for your environment. Choose structured search or AI search, narrow the result, and open a document. Save filters and columns for work you repeat. Choose a type, complete keywords, and verify the stored document. Correct indexing metadata and check the saved result. Keep context with the document and receive notifications. Review the content, enter a decision, and confirm completion. Choose a date range, explore a chart, and check data freshness. ## If a control is missing First check that you opened the right feature and selected an item. If a control remains unavailable, ask the person managing your access to check your groups, content rights, and feature availability. A shared search or link does not grant access to its results. For changing shared searches, document types, permissions, or automation, use the **Documentation** configuration guides.
